Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Wild Petal XO! By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Orders

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. In the unlikely event that a variety becomes unavailable, I will contact you as soon as possible to discuss a suitable alternative.

Please choose carefully, as I am unable to combine separate orders once they have been placed.

Dahlia Tubers

Every tuber is individually grown, divided, labelled and inspected before leaving my garden.

To ensure you receive a viable tuber, orders will only be dispatched once each tuber has developed a visible growing eye, indicating it is ready for planting.

As tubers are a natural product, they will vary in shape and size. Some may be as small as your thumb, while others may be as large as your hand. Size does not determine quality, and every tuber is carefully selected to ensure it is viable and ready to grow.

Shipping

Shipping is expected to commence from October, although this may vary depending on seasonal growing conditions.

If your order contains multiple varieties, they will be shipped together once all tubers are ready for dispatch.

Unfortunately, due to Australian quarantine regulations, Wild Petal XO is unable to ship tubers to Tasmania, Western Australia or the Northern Territory.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Wild Petal XO cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Growing Success

Every garden is different.

While every effort is made to provide viable tubers, I cannot guarantee growing success. Weather, climate, soil conditions, pests, watering practices and general care all play a role in how your dahlias perform and are outside of my control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of dahlia tubers, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

When your order arrives, please unpack and inspect your tubers as soon as possible. If there are any concerns, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs where possible. This allows me to assess the issue and work with you to find a fair solution.

Variety Identification

Every effort is made to correctly identify and label each variety. While great care is taken throughout the growing and dividing process, occasional identification errors can occur.

If you believe you have received an incorrectly labelled variety, please get in touch and I'll happily work with you to resolve the issue.

Product Images

While every effort is made to accurately represent each variety, flower colour may vary due to growing conditions, climate, seasonal variations and differences in screen displays. Flower form, plant height and performance may also vary.

A Little Note

Wild Petal XO is run by one very busy pair of hands! Alongside growing and caring for my dahlias, I also work as a teacher and am a mum to three wonderful children.

If you get in touch, I'll always do my very best to reply as soon as I can. During the school term, responses may be after school hours or on weekends, but I promise I'll get back to you.

Thank you for your patience and for supporting my backyard flower farm. I really appreciate it.
